In the first case,after confirming the order, if your order plan changes and you need to cancel the order temporarily, please contact our sales staff before we receive the deposit (usually within 7 days) or before production after receiving the deposit (usually within 10 days), and we will arrange a refund for you.

In the second case,returns are accepted for defective products or wrong items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for instructions on returning goods. After inspection, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
